We’ve recently come across a hosting company called Siteground who are another business who specialise in Magento Hosting.

Based in the US, and with low prices, these guys seem to be very good at helping you get Magento installed. Even their website boasts a step by step tutorial of how to get everything underway. Siteground use MySQL 5, the correct version of PHP (with all the right extensions), plus they utilise CPanel for your domain control panel.

Indeed, their tutorials do not only relay how to install the E-Commerce platform – they also give useful other articles about the SEO of Magento, installing the SSL, configuring your home page – and a whole lot more. This suggests to me, that their technical team are fully briefed on the workings of Magento – therefore you’d be well advised to go with these lot – especially if you have any troubles on the way.

With massive hard drive capacities, and lightning fast responses times – I’d definitely recommend you take a look at SiteGround.

    Forget about installing Magento yourself, the Siteground Tech Support Staff will install Magento for you FOR FREE using their Script Installation service and I can say, they did a great job for me!

    I’ve been with SiteGround for a while, and enjoy their quality hosting with ridiculously generous limits and very affordable prices.

    The addition of their new automatic Magento installer is a great example of how they continually strive to improve their excellent service. It made it so, so easy to get a sample Magento site up in a very short space of time.

    You can count me as a fairly satisfied SiteGround user.
