Can Drop Down Menus Have a Scroll Function?

This is my store but I was curious if the drop down menu at the top “Manufacturers” can be configured to have a scroll feature so that I can add more without it becoming too long? 

I know I can create a drop down menu on the side as its own module but haven’t figured out how to do that yet.
