Hello Themes Launches Two New Themes!

When it comes to Magento Themes, HelloThemes.com seems to have it covered. We spoke about this company earlier this year, and since then we’ve been chatting to one member of staff called Aaron, has demonstrated the incredible ability of some of the designers at Hello Themes.

For instance, if you take a look at some of the designs on HelloThemes.com at the moment, you’ll see a number of really well thought out original designs, and we’re pleased to see that this company are bucking the global financial trend, and are flourishing with even more good looking Magento themes.

First up is the Hello Seasonal Theme – this is a fantastic theme with three variations. The colours are fantastic, the design itself is really smart, and it comes with a really modern interface, and a superb customisable widget.

Secondly, we have the Hello Clean Theme. I am a particular fan of this one due to its slightly corporate edge. It really makes the top widget stand out, therefore you can really drive home your latest promotions and deals on the home page – plus the rest of the design just really looks superb.

    Hi,

    I agree these themes from Hello are really nice looking themes, however its a real shame as Hello let themselves down badly when it comes to customer service/support…in fact the SUPPORT which they claim to offer on their website is totally non-existent, i have tried to no avail to have some questions answered no 5 times…and NOTHING…NO REPLY….NOTHING!!!!!

    They appear to be one of these outfits which will answer questions prior to purchase, then after they have payment…NOTHING..NO SUPPORT!!!!

    They advised me prior to purchase that i would be able to amend the font color of the theme from the 3 defaults to whatever i wanted, but now wont actually answer any emails advising how/where its actually done!

    Also i need to amend the ‘free shipping over $60′ box in the top header, im sure to someone in the know its easy..however its all new to me and without any support/advice from hello, then im stuck!

    Ironically, i had actually planned on buying another Hello theme, for another project, though not now, given their poor service.

    In summary…if you think your likely to need any help with these themes, then i would suggest going elsewhere, to a company which values its customers and actually does provide the support which they claim!!

    I have had issues with customer support as well. Wrote over ten emails within the last year and never got an answer… NOT A SINGLE ONE!

    However, I must say that since they launched the new site, earlier this month, I have finally been able to have someone answer some of my questions.
