“Expected Response Code 200, Got 404” on Everything in the Backend

Magento has been working fine for me for a long time. I haven’t changed anything. Now, all the sudden, every time I try to modify an item on the backend, i get “Expected response code 200, got 404”.

I called my server company, and they were unable to help, I’ve already upped my memoery limit to 128MBS, so I don’t think that’s it. ANy ideas? Please?
